Q: Do I need to be a Pikes Peak customer to shop online?

Q: Is tax included in my order?
A: Sales tax is applied unless we have a valid tax exemption form on file with your exemption number. If you’ve already submitted this to Pikes Peak, your orders will be processed without tax.

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: If you receive any damaged or incorrect product, please send us photos within 24 hours of delivery. This helps us make it right quickly. Claims made after the 24-hour window may not be eligible for a refund. We appreciate your understanding and support!

Q: Do you sell to the public?
A: Pikes Peak is a B2B floral wholesaler, proudly serving retail shops, event florists, and floral industry professionals. We don’t sell directly to the public, including brides or DIY customers. Thanks for understanding!
