Q: How does payment work?
A: We keep it simple. Most Pikes Peak customers pay upfront with a credit card or upon delivery. If you’ve got a card on file, we’ll process the payment the same day your order arrives. No surprises — just a smooth checkout every time.
Q: How do I access past invoices?
A: You can view past invoices anytime through your “My Account” Portal. Just click on “My Purchases” to see your invoice history, or head to “My Account Status” to check your balance and recent payments. Want to create a login? Your Pikes Peak salesperson is always happy to assist!
Q: Is tax included in my order?
A: Sales tax is applied unless we have a valid tax exemption form on file with your exemption number. If you’ve already submitted this to Pikes Peak, your orders will be processed without tax.
