We are a B2B wholesaler focused on retail, event florists, and floral professionals. We do not sell to brides, DIY customers, etc.

Do I need an account to shop with you?

Yes! You will need to fill out a new account form with us. Please register to get started.

Where all do you ship?

We ship within 100 miles outside of each location [Houston, Dallas, Austin, New Orleans]. If you’re outside of that, please contact us to verify shipment details.

How long does it take for my product to ship?

Delays are inevitable, so it’s best to book at least 10-14 days in advance. Thank you for understanding!

Billing, Payments, Returns
When do you charge my credit card?

We charge your credit card on file on the day you receive your products.

Do I need to pay in advance?

Yes, you will be charged on the day of your delivery or pick up.

Is tax included?

Tax is not included if you have filled out a form with us and provided your tax exemption number.

What’s your return policy?

Please send pictures of your damaged/incorrect product within 24 hours of receiving it. If it’s later than 24 hours, you may not receive a refund.
