As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to progress and move around the world, some events will be impacted or cancelled. We encourage you to have discussions with your clients about cancellations to allow us to cover your orders more efficiently.
Depending upon the available supply from our growers and on the nature of the flowers requested, we may require a deposit for the order. In the event of a cancellation, we will do our best to assist you.
We accept cancellations 14 days prior to the delivery date, allowing us time needed to either cancel with the growers or place the flowers elsewhere.
Planning ahead will help provide the best outcome and success for all of us.
